CHAIKEN - Fashion Design Intern

Summary:

A top women’s fashion designer who is well-established in the marketplace is seeking a self-motivated intern to assist our team part-time. This opportunity will offer a candidate with a strong interest in fashion design an in-depth experience into the business side of the industry. Duties include, but are not limited to, filing and organization, correspondence with boutique accounts, processing returns, and helping with special sales.

We are looking for an intern who is dedicated to expanding his or her knowledge of the fashion design business and is responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to assist in this small office environment. Candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail a must, and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are a plus.

Please note: Applicants must be seeking an internship towards receiving school credit. We are currently accepting applicants for summer and fall sessions.
