ChoicePass - Web/Graphic Design Intern

ChoicePass is a start-up consumer Internet company that delivers a refreshing platform for small and medium-sized retail merchants to foster customer loyalty and drive repeat business. Backed by reputable angel investors, we are currently serving forward thinking merchants in San Francisco with customized membership programs.

An early-stage start-up founded by two passionate entrepreneurs with a strong interest in consumer internet, mobile platforms, and extensive experience with top technology and growth equity firms. One of the co-founders is a recent graduate of Harvard Business School and has experience with venture capital and growth equity investing in the US and Asia. The other co-founder is a star software developer at a top software company. Both founders are young, energetic, and passionate.

Resourceful. You will be comfortable working in a start-up environment. We like the can-do attitude, and you will be amazed at how much we can accomplish together.
Strong Design Background. Current pursuing a degree in art, graphic design, web design, or have current/prior experience with print & web design strongly preferred.
Experience with web design/development preferred. Familiarity with PHP, JavaScript, HTML.
Extensive experience with Photoshop and Illustrator required.
Team Player. Works well with our sales and engineering teams and aspires to be a creative force within ChoicePass.
Techie. We are passionate about technology and we hope you are as well.
Flexible. We are an early stage company and are looking for a smart and energetic intern who can be flexible in their role (between UI/UX and design). We have an awesome engineering and sales team and you will be able to work with them to design web/mobile/print templates for ChoicePass.
Current undergraduate or graduate school student, or recent college graduate, and currently living in the SF Bay Area. Pursuing (or attained) a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, web design or equivalent coursework strongly preferred.

Bottom line, we are looking for a creative design intern who wants to be part of a promising fast growing start-up.
There is a performance-based compensation structure with a possible bonus stipend at the end of the internship. Top performers can extend their internships during the school year and also receive full time offers upon graduation.
