Interior Design Firm Seeking Unpaid Intern. We are a high end residential interior design firm looking for passionate, motivated and highly organized self-starter. We prefer someone who is currently studying interior design or has recently graduated with a degree in this field. This is a terrific opportunity for someone wanting to gain experience in the interior design industry. This is a Full or Part time position - preferably working at two to three days a week. Various design tasks as needed by Designers
. Fabric and furniture sourcing and pricing
. Organizing and returning materials to design center (a driver's license is necessary with a good driving record)
. Maintaining sample library
. Help prepare for Client meetings
. Answering the telephone
. General filing
. Ordering supplies
. Keeping the office cleaned and organized (doing dishes, taking out garbage, etc)
