Answering phone calls throughout the day
Coordinating and picking up the lunch order for staff and clients
Transcribing footage
Digitizing executed contracts and releases and storing them on the server
Making sure that the kitchenette area and office space is tidy
Picking up crafty for auditions, meetings w/clients and going on other runs for the production staff
Assisting with assembling and disassembling production binders before and after shoots
Perks and benefits of internship:School credit, The opportunity to be our designated set PA for any shoots scheduled during the regular internship scheduled days, The possibility of being hired as a PA for any shoots scheduled outside the regular internship hours, Possible equipment rental discounts, Exposure to the Bay Area video/film production community
Hourly Rate: $8.00 plus academic credit

Project Timeframe (# of hours a week/ # of months) 20 Hours per week for 3 months
